No problem, we will take care of everything!
First, we will come out in person for a free consultation. This visit usually takes approximately 20 minutes and allows us to note the home's style, color scheme and layout. If the home is occupied, this visit allows us to make suggestions for edits to the existing furnishings and design. We follow up this visit via email with a detailed plan and quote that will best suit your needs. We are flexible and offer full or partial staging.
Once we have agreed on a plan for staging, we set a date. 50% of the fee is due prior to staging, but the remaining balance can be paid through close of escrow, if desired!
Then, the staging day comes! We come with our team to install the staging. It is best if owners leave the home so that you can be wowed with the end result! Your home is ready for photos and to hit the market!
A typical contract length is three months to allow you to find the best buyer, but most of our clients do not need the whole time since your home will stand out against the competition. Once your buyer has removed all their contingencies and the sale is locked in, let us know and we will arrange to remove the staging. We patch any nail holes (we only use small nails, no anchors) and your home is ready for your buyer!
